Commis I Cold Kitchen

  • Prepare and present cold kitchen items such as salads, sandwiches, dressings, and cold appetizers.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes.
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
