Job Title: Commis III

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis III to assist with basic food preparation and support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ingredient preparation and kitchen setup.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene practices.
