Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis I to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
