MARKETING MANAGER WITH QSR EXP. (ARABIC NATIONALITY)

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the preparation and cooking of Arabic dishes (e.g., mezze, grills, rice dishes, sauces, and breads)</li><li>Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards as set by senior chefs</li><li>Prepare mise en place and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations according to food safety standards</li><li>Assist with receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies</li><li>Support senior chefs during service and handle basic cooking tasks independently when required</li><li>Comply with HACCP, health, and safety regulations at all times</li><li>Minimize waste and handle food products responsibly</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant</li><li>Hands-on experience with Arabic cuisine is required</li><li>Basic culinary training or certificate is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have Arabic Cuisine Experience?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Arabic Cuisine: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
