Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a positive impact on our clients&rsquo; lives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Conduct advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.</li><li>Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes.</li><li>Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice to enhance their results.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new treatment techniques, and innovations in esthetic technology to continually improve service quality.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service with the ability to connect authentically with clients.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control standards within a spa or clinical setting.</li><li>Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician certification required; additional certifications in tattooing, medical esthetic treatments, or laser therapy are a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management.</li><li>Skilled in specialized treatments such as hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.</li><li>Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancements.</li><li>Ability to educate clients effectively on skincare routines and product usage while maintaining professionalism at all times.
