Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice to enhance their results.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new treatment techniques, and innovations in esthetic technology to continually improve service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control standards within a spa or clinical setting.
• Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician certification required; additional certifications in tattooing, medical esthetic treatments, or laser therapy are a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management.
• Skilled in specialized treatments such as hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancements.

Pay: $29.63 - $35.68 per hour
