We are looking for a responsible and versatile Tally Billing cum Data Entry Operator who can manage daily sales billing, update sales and delivery data, and act as a tele calling backup for sales routes when field executives are on leave.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter purchase and sales entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.</li><li>Ensure billing is done accurately based on sales orders/delivery slips.</li><li>Collect and enter daily sales data from sales executives.</li><li>Update records of material deliveries to customers.</li><li>Track pending deliveries and customer acknowledgments</li><li>Share daily and weekly MIS with the accounts or sales manager.</li><li>Make outbound calls to customers in routes where a salesman is on leave.</li><li>Take orders, confirm requirements, and pass details to the dispatch/sales team.</li><li>Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery, pricing, or product availability.</li><li>Record all tele-interactions properly for future reference.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good command of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel (basic functions, data entry)</li><li>Clear verbal communication for basic tele calling</li><li>Good time management and attention to detail</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
