We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in mass/bulk hiring for FMCG sales teams across Odisha.The candidate must have hands-on exposure in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to successful joining, preferably from an FMCG organization or NON IT manpower/staffing agency.Location: BhubaneswarSalary up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and target achievement)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve monthly and weekly hiring targets for FMCG sales roles</li><li>Handle bulk hiring for FMCG sales roles (Sales Executive, Sales Officers, ISR)</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and joining</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local vendors, field sourcing, walk-ins, and recruitment drives</li><li>Coordinate closely with sales teams to close positions within timelines</li><li>Ensure maximum joining ratio through regular follow-ups</li><li>Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports</li><li>Build and maintain a ready pipeline for continuous hiring needs</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong experience in mass hiring / bulk recruitment for FMCG sales roles</li><li>Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing till joining</li><li>Background from manpower agency or FMCG sales hiring is mandatory</li><li>Good knowledge of Odisha geography and local hiring markets</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
