Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in mass/bulk hiring for FMCG sales teams across Odisha.

The candidate must have hands-on exposure in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to successful joining, preferably from an FMCG organization or NON IT manpower/staffing agency.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and target achievement)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and weekly hiring targets for FMCG sales roles
• Handle bulk hiring for FMCG sales roles (Sales Executive, Sales Officers, ISR)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and joining
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local vendors, field sourcing, walk-ins, and recruitment drives
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to close positions within timelines
• Ensure maximum joining ratio through regular follow-ups
• Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports
• Build and maintain a ready pipeline for continuous hiring needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in mass hiring / bulk recruitment for FMCG sales roles
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing till joining
• Background from manpower agency or FMCG sales hiring is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Odisha geography and local hiring markets
• Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets
