Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per manpower requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Coordinate full & final settlement process
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)
- Coordinate with consultants for labor law compliance
- Maintain compliance records and statutory registers
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Promote employee engagement and welfare activities
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
Policy & Documentation
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR forms, formats, and reports
- Support audits and internal HR reviews
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, MBA (HR), MSW, or equivalent
- Certification in HR or labor laws is an added advantage
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Experience in recruitment and compliance preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
