About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to corporate hiring, candidate engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities Assist the HR team in employer branding and hiring drives
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred) Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
