Marketing and HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Intern to support our Human Resources and Marketing teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time HR operations and marketing activities, providing valuable industry experience in a professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires and interns
• Maintain HR records, reports, and employee data
• Assist in HR operations such as attendance tracking and coordination
• Support employee engagement and internal communication activities

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Support digital marketing activities (social media, content posting, basic promotions)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help in lead generation and outreach activities
• Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
