HR Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct interviews using various interview techniques (e.g. structured, competency-based)
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment
• Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,669.21 - ₹24,233.12 per month
