Project Co-ordination &amp; Planning:Collaborate with contractors, RCC consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the plan.Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules using bar charts and other planning tools.b. Site Supervision &amp; Execution:Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards.Supervise and allocate tasks to various work teams, including carpenters, fitters, brickwork teams, electricians, tile installers, interior finishers, and labour contractors.c. Technical Work &amp; Measurement:Perform quantity estimation for materials, take accurate site measurements, and prepare data for billing and execution purposes.Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure execution matches design and quality standards.d. Costing &amp; Financial Analysis:Conduct rate analysis based on current market rates and tender documents.Prepare profit-loss reports and pre-execution financial evaluations to maintain budgetary control.e. Job Description: Architect Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai Company: Rudra Group Experience: 5-6 Years Salary Range: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per monthRole OverviewRudra Group is seeking a capable, detail-oriented, and proactive Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on feasibility studies, architectural drafting, interpreting development potential, and preparing design documentation. The role requires strong understanding of DCPR 2034, building laws, and liasoning processes relevant to real estate development.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed Feasibility Reports based on plot details, DCPR 2034 rules, zoning regulations, DP reservations, existing structures, and overall development potential.</li><li>Interpret, analyze, and refer architectural plans, survey drawings, and related documentation.</li><li>Draft concept plans, layout options, massing models, and preliminary design proposals for new projects.</li><li>Study FSI consumption, permissible Built-Up Area, setbacks, height restrictions, open space requirements, and all relevant development regulations.</li><li>Prepare area statements, planning calculations, FSI statements, and support the team during project approvals.</li><li>Work closely with consultants, surveyors, liasoning architects, and internal teams for data collection and coordination.</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations, reports, drawings, and technical documents for internal and external submissions.</li><li>Ensure high accuracy, compliance with building laws, and timely delivery of all architectural work.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, architecture, feasibility studies, or liasoning-related work.</li><li>Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034, Building Bye-laws, Development Control Regulations, and approval workflows.</li><li>Understanding of feasibility analysis, FSI calculations, redevelopment potential, and planning norms.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; basic skills in SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings and municipal regulations.</li><li>Strong communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Employment Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Location: Jogeshwari West (Rudra Group Office)</li><li>Salary: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month</li><li>Joining: Immediate preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>When can you join the company?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Architecture: 5 years (Required)</li><li>building laws: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Designing: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Liasoning Rules for Design: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Feasibility report: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
