Role Overview

Rudra Group is seeking a capable, detail-oriented, and proactive Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on feasibility studies, architectural drafting, interpreting development potential, and preparing design documentation. The role requires strong understanding of DCPR 2034, building laws, and liasoning processes relevant to real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Feasibility Reports based on plot details, DCPR 2034 rules, zoning regulations, DP reservations, existing structures, and overall development potential.
• Interpret, analyze, and refer architectural plans, survey drawings, and related documentation.
• Draft concept plans, layout options, massing models, and preliminary design proposals for new projects.
• Study FSI consumption, permissible Built-Up Area, setbacks, height restrictions, open space requirements, and all relevant development regulations.
• Prepare area statements, planning calculations, FSI statements, and support the team during project approvals.
• Work closely with consultants, surveyors, liasoning architects, and internal teams for data collection and coordination.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, drawings, and technical documents for internal and external submissions.
• Ensure high accuracy, compliance with building laws, and timely delivery of all architectural work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, architecture, feasibility studies, or liasoning-related work.
• Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034, Building Bye-laws, Development Control Regulations, and approval workflows.
• Understanding of feasibility analysis, FSI calculations, redevelopment potential, and planning norms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; basic skills in SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings and municipal regulations.
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
