You will be the primary architect of our investment logic and portfolio appraisal.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Complex Valuation Modeling: Develop and refine DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction models.</li><li>Asset Appraisal: Evaluate intangible assets, brand equity, and equipment portfolios within the specialized service industry.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-market research on Qatar&rsquo;s cleaning and facility management sectors to identify undervalued growth opportunities.</li><li>Investment Memorandums: Prepare high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors that break down the &quot;why&quot; and &quot;how much&quot; behind potential investments.</li><li>Scenario Planning: Stress-test business cases against economic variables like inflation, labor market shifts, and regulatory changes in Qatar.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>The Credentials: A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
