Business Valuation Analyst

As we expand our service empire across the region, we need an analytical powerhouse to evaluate acquisition targets, assess internal performance, and provide the data-driven confidence needed for our next big move.

The Role: Business Valuation Analyst

In this role, you aren’t just looking at what a business is—you’re calculating what it can be. You will be the primary architect of our investment logic and portfolio appraisal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex Valuation Modeling: Develop and refine DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction models.
• Asset Appraisal: Evaluate intangible assets, brand equity, and equipment portfolios within the specialized service industry.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-market research on Qatar’s cleaning and facility management sectors to identify undervalued growth opportunities.
• Investment Memorandums: Prepare high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors that break down the "why" and "how much" behind potential investments.
• Scenario Planning: Stress-test business cases against economic variables like inflation, labor market shifts, and regulatory changes in Qatar.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. A CFA or ASA/CBV designation is highly preferred.
• The Experience: 3+ years in valuation services, corporate development, or equity research.
• The Toolbelt: Mastery of Excel (VBA/Macro skills are a plus) and familiarity with data terminals like Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
• The Insight: An ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the operational drivers of value.
• The Location: Ideally based in or willing to relocate to the Lusail/Doha area.
