 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creators Team Leader, located in El Mansoura. The Content Creators Team Leader will oversee a team of content creators, manage daily workflow, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client goals. They will develop content strategies, provide feedback to team members, collaborate with other departments, and maintain a focus on innovative and engaging digital content. The role also involves researching market trends and ensuring team productivity and alignment with project objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing content creation teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in strategic content planning, content development, and editing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability in creative writing, storytelling, and digital content creation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong research and communication skills to ensure high-quality and relevant output.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the e-marketing field is highly regarded.
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the daily workflow of the content creation team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas for different industries (F&amp;B, Medical, Automotive, E-commerce).
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and edit all content (captions, scripts, ideas) to ensure consistency in tone and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Account Managers and Designers to deliver integrated campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the performance of content and ensure deadlines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and train team members to improve creative output and productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report performance insights and recommend improvements to management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in social media content creation or copywriting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading a creative or content team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Arabic &amp; English writing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in agency work is a big plus.
 </li>
