Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creators Team Leader, located in El Mansoura. The Content Creators Team Leader will oversee a team of content creators, manage daily workflow, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client goals. They will develop content strategies, provide feedback to team members, collaborate with other departments, and maintain a focus on innovative and engaging digital content. The role also involves researching market trends and ensuring team productivity and alignment with project objectives.


Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing content creation teams.
  • Proficiency in strategic content planning, content development, and editing.
  • Proven ability in creative writing, storytelling, and digital content creation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong research and communication skills to ensure high-quality and relevant output.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in the e-marketing field is highly regarded.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily workflow of the content creation team.
  • Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas for different industries (F&B, Medical, Automotive, E-commerce).
  • Review and edit all content (captions, scripts, ideas) to ensure consistency in tone and quality.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Designers to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of content and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve creative output and productivity.
  • Report performance insights and recommend improvements to management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation or copywriting.
  • Proven experience leading a creative or content team.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent Arabic & English writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience in agency work is a big plus.
