Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding.</li>
<li>Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company goals.</li>
<li>Administer employee benefits, resolve employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations.</li>
<li>Partner with management and ownership to address employee relations issues, provide guidance, and maintain a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Conduct and oversee training programs, identifying needs and opportunities for employee development.</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to execute HR strategies that support business objectives.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - and/or -</li>
<li>1-year proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar environment.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.</li>
