Human Resources Generalist

As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our diverse workforce and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company goals.
• Administer employee benefits, resolve employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Partner with management and ownership to address employee relations issues, provide guidance, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct and oversee training programs, identifying needs and opportunities for employee development.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - and/or -
• 1-year proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
