Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to management while supporting employees across the organization. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with people solutions, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
This is a hands-on, consultative role that requires balancing strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, an employee champion, and a change agent who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance to management and employees, acting as a consultant on HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR and workforce trends to develop policies, programs, and solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers to drive engagement, morale, and retention.
- Oversee HR policy guidance, interpretation, and compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Develop and administer offers, contracts, and terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Identify training needs and support career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues globally to deliver integrated HR services.
- Support international assignments and related HR matters as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws (experience with NAM labor rights a plus).
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (UKG/UltiPro, SuccessFactors, Employee Navigator) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
