As Daiichi, we are in automotive electronics as a Tier-1 supplier for global OEMs specialized in hardware, software, and mechanical development of line fit infotainment systems: multimedia radios with connectivity, shark antenna, wireless/USB chargers, speakers, AVAS and other electronic modules. By being a member of Doğan Holding Group of Companies, our Headquarter is in Istanbul and we operate R&D and technical centers, manufacturing sites, and customer support services in 7 countries: Turkey, Italy, USA, France, China, Uzbekistan (CIS) and India.

The ideal candidate will be reporting to HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting process in terms of measurement and analysis of people costs,
• Preparing reports and presentations related to human resources,
• Preparing and consolidating monthly HR reports,
• When there is a need, being responsible for all processes of employee life-cycle
• Support payroll, compensation and benefits process
• Taking an active role in developing company culture,
• Taking an active role in the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources function, preferably in a multinational working environment
• 2+ years of experience in the compensation and benefits field in the HR domain,
• Experience in the financial budgeting and planning field
• Comfortable working with numbers and discussing basic statistics
• Having a basic knowledge of Labor Law
• Experience in Personnel and Payroll
• Experience in Hr Analytics,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Good MS Office applications knowledge especially other HR tools,
• Advanced Excel ability
• Having excellent communication & relationships within all levels,
• Advanced planning and organizing ability
• Analytical thinking, analyzing, and reporting capability
• No restrictions on traveling
