About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and act as a trusted partner to the site’s leadership team. In this role, you will define and deploy the HR strategy in line with business goals, drive transformation and change management initiatives, ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, and foster a safe and engaging work environment for all employees.
Contribute to the entity’s operational performance by defining HR targets, deploying improvement plans, and being accountable for the results
Lead the implementation of HR tools, processes, and policies, coaching managers on people-related matters
Anticipate and manage HR impacts of organizational and technological changes, ensuring smooth change management
Co-lead Health, Safety & Working Conditions activities with the HSE Manager, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and leading workplace well-being and Quality of Life at Work initiatives
Lead, develop, and coach the HR team, ensuring strong performance, continuous improvement, and reliability of HR data
Define and deploy the HR strategy in alignment with Group and entity orientations, manage related communications and change management plans, and oversee HR budgets
Manage employee relations, maintain a positive social climate, and lead initiatives on Diversity, Inclusion, Well-being, and local CSR actions
Ensure compliance with Group HR policies, local regulations, labor law, and ethics & compliance standards (anti-harassment, GDPR, disciplinary actions, etc.)
Represent the company externally with stakeholders, public/private institutions, and local universities as part of the Campus Management strategy
Share best practices and actively participate in cross-entity HR projects and working groups
A seasoned HR professional with significant experience in HR leadership, preferably in a multinational and/or industrial environment
Knowledgeable in labor law, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance requirements
A strategic thinker with proven ability to lead change management and transformation projects
An inspiring leader with strong people management and coaching skills
An excellent communicator with strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
