Plant Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Plant HR Manager who will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our company policies and goals and oversee whole HR processes for our client.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR field (with minimum 5 years in a managerial level)
• University degree
• Proven knowledge and experience in manufacturing HR environment and practices
• Experienced in managing union relations
• High competency in effective communication and influence
• Ability to adapt to a high-paced work environment and manage multiple manufacturing sites both nationally and internationally
• Proficient in English
