What You'll Be Doing?

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
• Responsible for performing bonus calculations and driving the development of the performance management system.
• Partner with business leaders to align performance objectives with organizational strategy.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop tools and guidelines to support managers in giving effective feedback and conducting evaluations.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency across performance management practices.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance management or related HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies, KPIs, and HR systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
