Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Translation and Interpretation or related fields.

Preferably experienced in a similar position within the aviation industry.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in MS Office applications, AI tools.

Knowledge of procedures and airport regulations.

Tasks
-
Support procurement processes for ground handling, catering, accommodation, fuel, and other outsourced services.
-
Take part in the preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts in line with company strategies for national and international projects.

Prepare and input cost data for airport services, including handling charges, terminal fees, civil aviation fees, catering, fuel, ground transportation, accommodation, and other necessary services.

Conduct price analyses and enter data into airline systems during fuel tender processes.

Monitor fuel orders for ad-hoc flights.

Communicate with and, when necessary, visit suppliers under the supervision of the Contract Manager; identify alternative suppliers and update the supplier database.

Review, revise, and audit existing contracts; manage amendments, perform risk analysis, and report accordingly.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all procurement transactions.

Analyze contracts and prepare summaries or notes to support negotiation processes.

Prepare, update, and distribute reference documents related to procurement, contracts, and service level agreements.

Request and follow up on corrective and preventive actions from service providers (handling, catering, fuel, hotel).

Act in accordance with the company’s ethical principles and procurement standards; prepare purchase orders and contracts in line with commercial, legal, financial, tax, and insurance requirements.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and accounting, technical, and operational departments to resolve contract-related matters.

Prepare and present monthly and annual reports and analyses related to Direct Operating Costs (DOCs) and operational performance to senior and executive management.
