Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years direct procurement experiences
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
• Analytical, organisation, and time management skills.
• Process orientation with a resilient mindset
• Excellent team working, motivational and interpersonal communication skills,
Strong negotiation skills

Job Description:

• Performing direct procurement complying with our global and local policies
• Carrying out supplier relations and conducting supplier research
• Making the tenders, collecting the offers, and carrying out negotiations with the potential suppliers
• Proper selection of suppliers by considering their quality, price and delivery standards and handling the order process
• Supplier Contract management and negotiations together with Legal Department and the internal customer.
• Preparing reports accordingly with local and global needs
• Support to indirect side if needed
