Moneta is currently seeking an “
HR Specialist/Senior Specialist
” for a respected client in the holding company.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with company strategy.

Support the digitalization of HR processes and promote effective use of digital platforms (e.g., Employee Experience Platform, Digital Learning Platform).

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the approved workforce plan and budget, ensuring timely and qualified hires, coordinate with external recruitment partners when necessary.

Plan and execute internal communication activities that enhance leadership visibility and employee connection.

Participate in the identification of training needs and the preparation of the annual training plan, coordinate training logistics, communication, and implementation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date individual training records; prepare regular reports from the Learning Management System (LMS).

Ensure completion of post-training evaluation surveys; analyze outcomes and take action to improve training effectiveness.

Manage the onboarding and orientation program for new hires; deliver HR presentations for various employee segments.

Support performance management and career development processes.

Measure employee experience through pulse surveys and develop actionable plans based on the results, ensuring continuous follow-up and improvement..

Assist with employer branding activities to strengthen the company’s image as an employer of choice.

Support employee experience initiatives, including pulse surveys and engagement-focused actions.

Manage the payroll process in coordination with the consulting firm and ensure the accurate maintenance and organization of employee personnel files.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration).

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Familiarity with HRIS tools or learning management systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
