Cluster Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Cluster Human Resources Manager responsible for overseeing all HR functions across Grand Hyatt Istanbul and Hyatt House Gebze . This role ensures the successful implementation of HR strategies, supports both hotel teams, and upholds the Hyatt culture and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations across both properties
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development strategies
  • Foster a high level of colleague engagement and well-being
  • Manage performance management, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance
  • Deliver regular HR reporting and track key performance indicators
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop workforce planning and organizational strategies
  • Be a cultural ambassador and ensure Hyatt’s values are reflected across both teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in hospitality or service industries
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel between Istanbul and Gebze properties
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
