Organizational Development & HRIS Specialist
” to be assigned to our
“HR Strategic Planning and Organizational Development”
department located in “İstanbul HQ.”
WHAT DO WE EXPECT ?

Preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field,
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Organizational Development and HRIS field,
-
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken,
-
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Especially Excel),
-
Preferably knowledge of Success Factor modules,
-
Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs, relationships, processes, and workflow to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work,

Having strong quantitative and analytical thinking, multi-tasked working capacity, detail-oriented and willing to research the latest trends in Organizational Development,

Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership,

Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.

Conduct department- and role-based productivity analyses; perform time studies when necessary, observe and report change factors,

Manage reporting and analysis processes during workforce planning periods; prepare dashboards and reports on organizational metrics and present them to management,

Analyze organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and workflows to develop the most efficient methods,

Prepare and update job descriptions; ensure the accuracy of organizational charts and support organizational changes,

Take part in projects aimed at developing Human Resources systems and processes; propose new initiatives,

Play an active role in talent management processes,

Contribute to the preparation of global and local HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives,

Manage daily operations of the SuccessFactors system; ensure data accuracy and system efficiency,
-
Support the testing and deployment of new system features, updates, and configurations,
-
Provide solutions to technical issues in SuccessFactors and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary,
-
Actively contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of system-related projects,
-
Manage user access and role permissions in accordance with company policies; maintain and update the authorization matrix.
