Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Proven experience in partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills

Job Description:

Lead and coordinate employee engagement efforts, including the design, implementation, and follow-up of engagement surveys and related improvement plans.

Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees within the assigned business area, supporting them on HR-related policies, tools, and practices.

Analyze and understand the specific needs of business units, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with relevant HR teams (such as HR Operations) to address those needs.

Foster strong, trust-based relationships with both leaders and team members to support a positive organizational culture and effective employee relations.

Provide expert HR guidance and act as a coach to managers on various people-related topics, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

Oversee the seamless execution of key HR processes such as workforce planning, performance reviews, talent development, recruitment, wellbeing programs, and general HR operations.
