We’re looking for a
HRBP Manager
to join our growing organization.
Responsibilities:

Lead core HR processes such as
talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and engagement.

Help line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.

Partner with all head office functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) to ensure HR strategies effectively support their specific needs.

Build strong partnerships with
function heads
to understand their team dynamics, talent needs, and organizational challenges.

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
processes for all head office roles, across various functions and levels

Oversee
onboarding
to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Design and implement talent development initiatives.

Support
performance management
processes and goal setting.

Identify
training
needs and contribute to learning programs.

Lead succession planning and organizational development efforts.

Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 7
years of HR experience, preferably in a Business Partner role.

Prior experience in
FMCG and/or retail
environments is preferred.

Solid knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, L&D, performance, etc.)

Fluent in
English,
both written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insight and improvement.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
