Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency for commercial and residential properties. A strong focus on safety, technical precision, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this energetic role.Duties<ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including unitary air conditioning units, Ductless and VRF systems and refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.</li><li>Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, leak detection, and drainage troubleshooting.</li><li>Conduct equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure system integrity.</li><li>Field service work involving appliance repair, property maintenance, and HVAC system upgrades across various sites.</li><li>Operate a company vehicle safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for job completion.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs performed for accountability and future reference.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive construction knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.</li><li>Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.</li><li>Mechanical expertise in equipment repair including heat pumps, fans, compressors, and welding techniques.</li><li>Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC design principles to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.</li><li>Proficiency in plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs.</li><li>Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.</li><li>Experience with property maintenance tasks involving air conditioning units and mechanical systems.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation of tools or equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of field service procedures with excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.</li><li>Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier HVAC solutions with energy and enthusiasm!
