Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the Shipping and Inspection department, ensuring cargo is loaded on planned vessels from various locations and ICDs</li><li>Maintain complete tracking of freights, shipments, and inspection status</li></ul>&#61623; Monitor the daily movement of export/import containers &#61623; Ensure compliance with trade-related laws, customs, logistics, and tax regulations<ul><li>Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams for seamless operations</li><li>Communicate effectively in English across reading, writing, speaking, and listening Requirements</li></ul>&#61623; Strong knowledge of logistics operations, trade terms, and customs processes<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Operation Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Sales and Pricing teams for container bookings<ul><li>Place bookings with shipping lines, follow up, validate, and confirm all shipment bookings</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service</li><li>Manage daily communication via emails and phone calls with customers &amp; shipping lines</li><li>Fetch and provide accurate vessel schedules to customers</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the operating system</li><li>Direct customer queries or concerns to the appropriate department and provide prompt responses</li><li>Use daily customer service reports to confirm all release requirements before container pickup</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; both verbal &amp; written</li></ul>&#61623; Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / shipping / logistics preferred<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office &amp; ability to handle operational systems</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneouslyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
