Office Assistant- Receptionist/Admin

*Job Title:* Office Assistant – Receptionist/Admin

*Location:* Dubai, UAE

*Salary Range:* AED 1,800–2,000
* Philippines will be given Preference

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our Freight Forwarding operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, document handling, and team coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

- Assist in preparing, managing, and organizing shipment documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for shipment updates and operational requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of shipment details and ensure timely updates in the system.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and queries related to freight forwarding operations.

- Support the team with scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining office supplies.

- Assist in creating and maintaining reports as required by the management.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or administration are a plus.

- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Benefits:*

- Monthly salary: AED 1,800–2,000.
