This paid position is perfect for someone eager to develop their administrative and property management expertise while contributing to a professional and energetic team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.</li><li>Assist with event planning for corporate or personal functions, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.</li><li>Perform light property management tasks such as scheduling maintenance, overseeing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.</li><li>Support project coordination efforts by organizing documents, proofreading reports, transcribing notes, and maintaining organized filing systems.</li><li>Conduct office management duties such as front desk reception, filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies to ensure a productive work environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative professional with at least one year of office experience.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.</li><li>Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and basic knowledge of light property management tasks preferred.</li><li>Excellent typing speed, proofreading abilities, and transcription skills for document preparation.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and office equipment such as scanners and printers.
