We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant with light property management responsibilities to support our executive team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assist with event planning for corporate or personal functions, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Perform light property management tasks such as scheduling maintenance, overseeing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Support project coordination efforts by organizing documents, proofreading reports, transcribing notes, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Conduct office management duties such as front desk reception, filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative professional with at least one year of office experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and basic knowledge of light property management tasks preferred.
- Excellent typing speed, proofreading abilities, and transcription skills for document preparation.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and office equipment such as scanners and printers.
