We are a tight-knit, collaborative team that values work-life balance, professional growth, and meaningful impact in our clients&rsquo; lives.What Sets Us Apart?<ul><li>Flexibility with remote options and flexible scheduling</li><li>A supportive team culture that encourages mentorship and collaboration</li><li>Meaningful, impactful casework where your contributions make a difference</li><li>Opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing practice</li><li>Competitive compensation with recognition for skill and dedication</li></ul>What Success Looks Like in This RoleA successful paralegal at RWI Law:<ul><li>Demonstrates strong knowledge of Family Law and/or Civil Litigation procedures.</li><li>Works closely with attorneys to draft, organize, and manage case files.</li><li>Contributes to efficient processes and proactive case management.</li><li>Maintains professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.</li><li>Balances multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents (motions, affidavits, discovery, correspondence, pleadings, and trial exhibits).</li><li>Conduct legal research, summarize findings, and assist with case strategy preparation.</li><li>Manage and maintain case files (both physical and electronic) in compliance with confidentiality standards.</li><li>Coordinate deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial calendars.</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document requests, and scheduling.</li><li>Assist attorneys during hearings and trials with preparation and organization.</li><li>Track billable time and assist with client billing when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Required: One year prior experience as a paralegal in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation.</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field or equivalent work experience in law firm or legal field.</li><li>Strong drafting and legal writing skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.</li><li>Familiarity with Minnesota state court rules and procedures.</li><li>Experience with Federal Court rules and procedures desired, but not required</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.</li></ul>To be considered, please email the following to rosanna@rwilaw.com:1.
