Job SummaryThe Sales &amp; Marketing Executive will be responsible for expanding the company&rsquo;s market share for automation and electrical products and solutions. This role requires a technical understanding of products, strong sales skills, and the ability to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development<ul><li>Generate leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, trade shows, and other channels.</li><li>Manage sales cycle: Guide potential customers from initial contact through to closing deals. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical proposals.</li><li>Meet sales targets: Actively work to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.</li><li>Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.</li></ul>Marketing and Promotion<ul><li>Develop strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies for electrical and automation products.</li><li>Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing plans.</li><li>Produce marketing materials: Collaborate with technical and creative teams to create product literature, presentations, and promotional content.</li><li>Organize events: Plan and participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events.</li></ul>Technical and Product Support<ul><li>Provide technical expertise: Offer technical consultation and support to customers regarding electrical and automation products, such as PLCs, SCADA systems, switchgear, and sensors.</li><li>Demonstrate products: Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations for clients.</li><li>Relay feedback: Gather customer insights and market data for the product development and engineering teams.</li></ul>Reporting and Administration<ul><li>Track performance: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities. Analyze sales data and metrics.</li><li>Maintain CRM: Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions, sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline.</li><li>Report expenses: Submit regular expense claims and sales activity reports to management.</li></ul>Key Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.</li><li>Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience within the electrical, automation, or a related industrial sector.</li><li>Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical and industrial automation products and systems.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Soft skills: The ability to build relationships, solve problems, and manage time effectively is crucial.</li><li>Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events is often a requirement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
