Job Summary: Purchasing ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team. Due to the high volume of orders and materials, we need a seasoned professional who is systematic and comfortable with ERP/MRP planning and forecasting. This role is critical to ensure timely procurement and efficient material flow within our manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage purchasing and planning activities to support production schedules.</li><li>Utilize ERP/MRP systems for material planning, forecasting, and inventory control.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Analyze demand trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and inventory levels.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve material shortages or delays.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in purchasing and planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and forecasting techniques.</li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
