Material Handler/MES Clerk (2nd Shift)

Overview
RXL Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / MES Clerk to support warehouse operations and production tracking. This role combines hands-on material handling with data entry responsibilities in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring accurate tracking of materials and jobs within the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment
• Transport materials safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Enter and update data in the MES for jobs currently running in production
• Record material usage and track job progress in the system
• Verify accuracy of production and inventory data
• Generate reports and assist with audits as needed
• Communicate with production and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Experience with MES, ERP, or similar systems is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy within a fast paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $16.90 - $23.00 per hour
