Required skills<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.</li><li>Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.</li><li>Develop and implement accounting policies to maintain the integrity of the financial information.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li><li>Prepare tax returns and handle tax-related matters.</li><li>Provide recommendations to improve the company&rsquo;s financial performance.</li><li>Lead and mentor the accounting team.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Finance &amp; Accounts: Minimum 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Salary Package:<ul><li>Market Competitive.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
