Job Description:We are looking for a Pricing cum Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team based in Dubai.Please note: Only candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of UAE experience in a similar role within a logistics and freight forwarding company will be considered. Applications that do not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle pricing inquiries and coordinate with shipping lines and airlines for air and sea freight rates.</li><li>Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and customers.</li><li>Manage customer inquiries professionally via email and phone.</li><li>Support the operations and sales team with pricing and customer service needs.</li><li>Ensure all documentation and correspondence are handled efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in pricing/customer service within a freight forwarding company (mandatory).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong email drafting and typing skills with high accuracy and speed.</li><li>Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations, shipping lines, and airlines.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Growth opportunities in a reputed logistics organization.</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Pricing/Customer service in Freight forwarding: 2 years (Required)</li><li>International Pricing/Dealing with international agents: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi, English (Required)</li></ul>
