Job Description:

We are looking for a Pricing cum Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team based in Dubai.

Please note:
Only candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of UAE experience in a similar role within a logistics and freight forwarding company will be considered.
Applications that do not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle pricing inquiries and coordinate with shipping lines and airlines for air and sea freight rates.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally via email and phone.
  • Support the operations and sales team with pricing and customer service needs.
  • Ensure all documentation and correspondence are handled efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in pricing/customer service within a freight forwarding company (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong email drafting and typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations, shipping lines, and airlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Pricing/Customer service in Freight forwarding: 2 years (Required)
  • International Pricing/Dealing with international agents: 2 years (Required)
