Work independently or with a team of 1-2 members on customer properties to install and repair irrigation systems and landscape lighting.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for additional repairs or modifications to upsell services to clients.</li><li>
Ensure timely completion of routes while maintaining accurate records and logs in landscape management software (LMN).</li><li>
Perform daily maintenance of equipment and ensure vehicles are clean and professional in appearance.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route changes or issues.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
2-3 years of professional experience in irrigation and/or lighting.</li><li>
Backflow inspection certification is beneficial but not required.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to identify common landscape plants, pests, and weeds.</li><li>
Valid driving license and insurable by company insurance.</li><li>
Availability for snow maintenance during winter months.</li><li>
Proficiency in using LMN for time tracking.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Typical Day</b></h2><ul><li>
Clean and inspect all equipment for the day.</li><li>
Ensure that shop area is clean completed with work.</li><li>
Load truck with appropriate equipment for the day.</li><li>
Make sure truck and equipment are properly fueled.</li><li>
Receive instructions/route information for the day.</li><li>
Manage self or team while in the field, while staying on the appropriate route.</li><li>
Notify supervisor of any delays, changes in route, or issues.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and team.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation</b></h2><p><b>

Landscape Irrigation & Lighting Tech

Work under the direction of a Team Leader to install landscape projects based on professional designs.</li><li>
Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living areas, and landscape beds.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of vehicles and equipment, inside and out.</li><li>
Show up on time, work dependably, and represent the company professionally at all times.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h2><ul><li>
Available to work 4050 hours per week, <b>MondayThursday</b>, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.</li><li>
13 years of professional landscape installation experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, but not required).</li><li>
Availability for snow maintenance work during the winter months.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Typical Day</b></h2><ul><li>
Arrive on time, ready to work.</li><li>
Check in with the Team Leader at 7:30 AM for daily assignments.</li><li>
Assist with loading equipment and materials for the day's projects.</li><li>
Support the Team Leader with job site tasks and report any equipment issues immediately.</li><li>
Help maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and shop area.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
