Landscape Construction Team Member

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a Team Leader to install landscape projects based on professional designs.
• Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living areas, and landscape beds.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of vehicles and equipment, inside and out.
• Show up on time, work dependably, and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Available to work 4050 hours per week, MondayThursday, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
• 13 years of professional landscape installation experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, but not required).
• Availability for snow maintenance work during the winter months.

Typical Day

• Arrive on time, ready to work.
• Check in with the Team Leader at 7:30 AM for daily assignments.
• Assist with loading equipment and materials for the day's projects.
• Support the Team Leader with job site tasks and report any equipment issues immediately.
• Help maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and shop area.
