Job Summary: The S7 Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing driver operations using advanced dispatching software. This role requires strong organizational skills, real-time decision-making, and a foundational understanding of IT systems to support and improve dispatching technology.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and manage dispatch software to assign, track, and optimize driver routes</li><li>Monitor driver activity and respond to scheduling or route changes in real time</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams</li><li>Troubleshoot basic software or system issues and escalate when necessary</li><li>Assist in maintaining and improving dispatching systems and workflows</li><li>Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and performance</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar coordination role preferred</li><li>Basic IT knowledge (software systems, troubleshooting, or system workflows)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow with dispatching technology</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management software</li><li>Interest in software development, systems optimization, or IT support</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail</li></ul>Growth Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to expand into dispatch software development, system optimization, and IT-focused operational roles.Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
