Dispatcher/ IT Software

Job Summary:
The S7 Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing driver operations using advanced dispatching software. This role requires strong organizational skills, real-time decision-making, and a foundational understanding of IT systems to support and improve dispatching technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage dispatch software to assign, track, and optimize driver routes
• Monitor driver activity and respond to scheduling or route changes in real time
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Troubleshoot basic software or system issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist in maintaining and improving dispatching systems and workflows
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and performance

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar coordination role preferred
• Basic IT knowledge (software systems, troubleshooting, or system workflows)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with dispatching technology

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management software
• Interest in software development, systems optimization, or IT support
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
