Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Examine and analyze sales-related metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, traffic sources, and inventory turnover to inform restocking and pricing decisions.</li><li>Prepare regular performance and restock reports, highlighting the utility and impact of existing and newly implemented strategies.</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).</li><li>Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.</li><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers to maximize sales and visibility.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.</li><li>Stay updated with evolving e-commerce technologies, tools, algorithms, and marketplace policies, and adapt strategies accordingly.</li><li>Analyze customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand representation and smooth execution of campaigns.</li><li>Identify gaps in current e-commerce strategies and suggest innovative, data-driven solutions to improve performance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics, and performance tracking.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid ads, and marketplace promotions.</li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience working in an e-commerce agency environment.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.</li><li>Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace reports, or similar dashboards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your monthly inhand salary ?</li><li>What is your Notice Period ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
