Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and analyze sales-related metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, traffic sources, and inventory turnover to inform restocking and pricing decisions.
- Prepare regular performance and restock reports, highlighting the utility and impact of existing and newly implemented strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers to maximize sales and visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Stay updated with evolving e-commerce technologies, tools, algorithms, and marketplace policies, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand representation and smooth execution of campaigns.
- Identify gaps in current e-commerce strategies and suggest innovative, data-driven solutions to improve performance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid ads, and marketplace promotions.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an e-commerce agency environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace reports, or similar dashboards.
